Rune Factory 4 is a role-playing simulation video game developed by Neverland Co. and published by Marvelous AQL for the Nintendo 3DS. It was released in Japan in 2012 and in North America in 2013. As the sixth entry in the Rune Factory series, players assume the role of a character who has amnesia, and they land in a town called Selphia. Players engage in farming, dungeon exploring, and forming relationships with the town’s residents. Rune Factory 4 combines life simulation with role-playing elements, allowing the player to improve their character’s farm, skills, and relationships.
