Description

Blades of Vengeance is an action platformer game developed by Beam Software that was released for the Sega Genesis in 1993. The game is set in a dark fantasy world threatened by the evil sorceress, Morgana, and players choose among three characters: a warrior, a huntress or a sorcerer, to defeat her. Each character has unique abilities and weapons. The game features eight levels replete with monsters, traps, and treasures. Its gameplay incorporates a mix of combat, jumping, and item usage, typical of the action-platform genre of the time.
